How much do you charge?
I offer very competitive rates. The fee is $15 for a 30 minute private lesson in my home.
What is a good age to begin lesson for my child?
Once a child can read, they are generally ready to begin.
How often do I pay you?
Payment should be made on a monthly basis at the first lesson for each month.
What if my child is sick?
I am generally pretty flexible when it comes to illness. If your child is sick and I am given notice I will generally offer a credit for one lesson toward the next month. Because I set aside time out of my day specifically for your childs lesson, including childcare for my own little ones, if it becomes a common occurance it may reault in the loss if the credit, however, I will decide case by case how to proceed.
What about scheduled vacations?
If you know your child will miss lessons at the beginning of each month just let me know which weeks and you only have to pay for the weeks they will be at lessons.
